Unlock the Miracle within You Through GRATITUDE

Gratitude gives us a great inner feeling when we express it freely, we feel energized, more positive and accepting. This month we are preparing to celebrate one of the most beautiful holidays, Thanksgiving, during this occasion we are officially given the opportunity to say out loud “Thank you for the many blessings.”

This year, I would like to invite you to go a step further and create a deeper experience in a way that you have not done before. Gratitude and forgiveness are both initiated from our heart center.  Most of us don’t realize that when we chose to hold on to old resentments, old grudges and old fears, we limit our capacity to feel and express gratitude.   As the year is coming to an end, you can make the choice to let go of the old and make room for the new.  When we hold on to the old, our energy becomes stuck and our greatness cannot unfold.

How do we let go of the old? First, we make the choice that we want to liberate ourselves from the burden of having to keep painful memories alive.  It takes energy and room to keep the old alive.  Second, we must understand that there is a purpose to every event that we experience in our life’s journey.  When someone hurts us, there is a lesson in that experience.  Often times we don’t understand it because life is a mystery.  Keep the lesson, let go of the hurt, be in the mystery.  See the experience as an opportunity for spiritual advancement.  Don’t mistake painful events as someone wanting to hurt you.  Spiritual advancement requires profound and rich human experiences and some of them are painful.   Allow the transformation to occur in your heart.  Feel and honor your pain, go within invite the anger, the fear, and the resentment to come up to the surface and give it ALL the space it needs.  There is no need to keep it inside because emotions that are buried alive never die.  Make the choice to release it, say quietly in the back of our mind “I release it, I release it.” You may have to say it a hundred times before you can feel the release. It is not wrong or bad that you have been holding on to old pain and hurt.  You didn’t realize it was holding you back from manifesting the miracle within you.

This holiday season give yourself the gift of setting yourself free and unlock the miracle within you.

Happy Thanksgiving to you and your loved ones!
