What does "redefining wellness" mean to you?

Wellness by definition refers to “the state of being in good health”. This idea of “good health” to me should be individualized and not only present itself in terms of medical/physical symptoms but as an overall reduction in any symptoms causing one distress. The overall goal equaling and increased quality of life.
