What does "redefining wellness" mean to you?

Redefining wellness is an innovative approach to tackling the challenges each of us experience in our everyday life. By moving out of the “what’s wrong” way of thinking to the “what needs to be made right,” we open ourselves up to the creative process of transformation. We move beyond the medical model of “sick care” to a holistic model of wellness – a concept that is person-centered and defined by the individual, not a system that boxes people into categories. From this place, the possibilities are endless.
