What does "redefining wellness" mean to you?

Redefining wellness is the sense of feeling heard and being seen as the authentic self, addressing life challenges with ease. It is having access to holistic modalities that support the ability to connect our mind, body and spirit, where living in harmony becomes accessible. It allows self-compassion to stay and the acknowledgement that self-growth is forever, on-going. As Mahatma Gandhi once said, “your beliefs become your thoughts, your thoughts become your words, your words become your actions, your actions become your habits, your habits become your values and your values become your destiny.”
