What does "redefining wellness" mean to you?

Personal wellness is unique for all individuals. The journey towards empowered health and wellness is not linear, but a constantly changing course based on one’s needs in various stages of life. To me, redefining wellness is listening to the requirements of my body, mind, and soul without judgement, or allowing cultural influences to make choices for me.
