The Art & Science of Nutrition
Just as no two bodies are the same, no two nutritional approaches should be either. I combine the evidence-based approach of current research with clinical experience and a holistic approach to curate dietary, lifestyle and supplement interventions unique to each individual. I take the time to listen and thoroughly understand your situation because you are the expert in YOU! I recognize there is no one-size-fits-all solution, so I will support you with short-term dietary or supplement interventions while we work on the long-term behavior modifications that will bring about lasting change.
Love Food, Love Yourself
I believe in a body positive approach to setting nutrition goals. My desire is to help you be your best self. Whether your challenges are mental health, inflammation, autoimmune or digestive illness, we will work together to help you find the balance that makes you feel well. Using the principles of Intuitive Eating and mindful eating, my goal is to help you make peace with food and find contentment with yourself in the process.
We will start with an extensive intake to address all your current symptoms and concerns as well as delve into your personal health timeline to help us piece together all the clues. We will work together to set some basic goals and I will develop a plan of care. Sometimes, it may be helpful for me to work with your primary care physician, specialists or therapists to coordinate your care. We will continue to meet at regular intervals, typically weekly or bi-weekly, to discuss your progress and update your goals. At all times, you will have my support and dedication. I will be in your corner and I am honored to be a part of your wellness team!
