August Workshops

Healing Yoga- A Journey of Self-Discovery through the Chakras (Saturday, July 14, 2018 9- 11 a.m. and Saturday August 11, 2018 9-11 a.m.) $25 for each workshop

In Yogic tradition, the human body has seven energy centers called chakras. When these energy centers are healthy and open, so are we – physically, emotionally, and in our relationships. But when they are blocked through stress, injuries, illnesses or disconnection from others, we are blocked from being our best selves. Learn 1) powerful Yoga poses that will clear blockages and open your chakras and 2) meditation and breathing exercises to foster each chakra’s properties, and 3) how to journal/reflect to help with the activation of each chakra and clearing process.
