Aerobics & Stretch- Raise your heart rate, strengthen and tone your body, and lengthen your muscles. This class will elevate your total fitness by combining 3 critical components of physical health- aerobics, strength, and flexibility. Options and modifications make this class accessible to all levels.
Guided Meditation- Quiet the mind to connect to your inner peace. Meditation increases energy, builds self-awareness, promotes heart health, strengthens the immune system, sharpens focus and concentration, and reduces stress and feelings of depression, anxiety, and anger. No experience needed. Donation only.
Hatha Yoga- This style focuses on alignment and engaging the breath to help develop flexibility, strength, stamina, and balance. Holding poses rather than flowing through them creates a safe, gentle practice that helps build patience and concentration. Beginners welcome!
Integrative Yoga Therapy- This practice unites all of the most powerful Yoga tools (physical practice, breath practice, mantra, meditation) into a complete package where they can be integrated and utilized for healing purposes. This class is excellent for learning how to process the emotions that are unlocked by practice and share them in a safe environment. All practice levels welcome.
Intermediate Yoga Flow- Connecting to your breath will empower you to move through dynamic movement, creative flow, strong static postures, and releasing stretches. Variations will be offered and you will always be encouraged to make the practice your own. Learning to honor and listen to your body will be the foundation of this practice.
Latin Dance- Come have FUN! Enjoy yourself, let go, and get a great workout with music you can’t help dancing to. You’ll learn styles including Salsa, Cumbia, Merengue, Bachata, Mambo and more! No dance experience required. Casual and welcoming atmosphere so you connect to the joy of dance.
Mindful Yoga for Spiritual Awakening- Reconnect to your spirit as you are guided through an easy to follow flow paying special attention to postures and alignment as well as thoughts and emotions. Gentle movement and restorative postures will deepen your awareness within the body while connecting you to your inner source of power.
Restorative Yoga- Gentle movement and restorative postures are used to release tension on a physical, mental, and emotional level while establishing a mindfulness awareness and inviting a sense of relaxation and ease.
The Way of Energy- Qigong– Discovering the way of energy refers to the study of cultivating “internal strength.” Participants learn forms (postures), mindful awareness and natural breathing. Learning Qigong involves gentle exercise, standing and moving meditation and practicing diaphragmatic breathing.
Vinyasa Flow- This practice focuses on syncing the breath with a continuous flow of movement. Vinyasa is a strong practice that typically includes sun salutations, standing poses, standing balance, stretches, and basic inversions that benefit the mind and body by building heat, endurance, flexibility, strength, focus, and body awareness.
