Kat Maycock is a Licensed Certified Social Worker - Clinical (LCSW-C) and a Certified Child and Adolescent Therapist (CCAT) with more than 30 years experience. She graduated from Salisbury University with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and earned her master’s degree in social work through the University of Maryland’s School of Social Work.

 

Kat is skilled in providing diverse therapeutic applications across a wide variety of settings. She possesses experience with multiple populations including children, adolescents, adults, geriatrics, forensics, mental health, and substance use disorders. She uses the modalities of CT/CBT, DBT, experiential therapy and psychodrama, psychodynamic therapy, motivational interviewing, play therapy, attachment therapy, and art therapy.
