What is Kripalu Yoga?
“Kripalu yoga teaches that the body is the center of your being, and so you must learn from, as well as learn to accept, your body as your best teacher.” (

What to Expect:
Classes begin with warm-up movements and breath awareness to prepare you for yoga postures. The heart of each class is a sequence of postures that stretch, strengthen, and balance your body. Each class ends with deep relaxation and meditation. Class levels range from gentle to vigorous.

Clare is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker- Certified (LCSW-C) with over 30 years of experience in facilitating personal growth through a variety of counseling modalities. She specializes in self-empowerment, self-actualization, and in identifying and achieving your life’s purpose. She is a cancer survivor of 22 years and an active practitioner of yoga. She is a registered yoga teacher with over 500 hours of teacher training, (RYT-500).
