Mindfulness and Nutrition

This Unique Program Focuses On:
- Creating mindful habits for a healthy and happy life.
- Understanding how food impacts our well-being.
- Explore mindfully how emotions play a major role in the food that we crave and choose to eat.
- Creating a loving relationship with food.
- Increasing energy and clarity.
- And most importantly …. How to love yourself deeply.
Veronica Correa, 200 RYT/Studio Owner is a licensed certified social worker – clinical, yoga instructor, life coach, and certified hypnotherapist. Veronica earned her master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Maryland and she holds a license as a certified, clinical social worker from the Maryland State Board of Social Work Examiners. Veronica has 18 years of counseling experience, her work focuses on providing guidance for people to break through physical and emotional pain and inspiring them to make healthy choices and to achieve their dreams. Veronica uses innovative, alternative approaches, such as clinical hypnosis, Reiki and energy therapy, as well as traditional counseling. Her approaches have proved to be a good complement to modern medicine empowering people to get well faster. Veronica completed her 200 hr Yoga Teacher Training with Rebecca Sirman Yoga at YogaVibez in Ocean City.
Rachael Schulze, BA, RD, Registered Dietitian
Rachael is a Registered Dietitian and holds a BA in Nutrition from Westchester University. She has worked in both clinical and one-on-one nutritional counseling since 2015. She provides nutritional counseling that is simple, straightforward, and sustainable. Rather than offering a cookie-cutter diet, Rachael works one-on-one with each of her clients to create a nutritional plan that addresses their specific health concerns. Her method of holistic nutritional counseling will show you how to combine proper nutrition, sleep, stress management, and movement to help you reach all of your health goals!
