An uplifting blend of spiritual and physical practices, Kundalini Yoga incorporates movement, dynamic breathing techniques, meditation, and the chanting of mantras, such as Sat Nam, meaning “truth is my identity.” The goal is to build physical vitality and increase consciousness.

Kristen Wood, 200 RYT Kundalini Yoga Instructor: Kristen has been practicing Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan since 2006. In 2010, after a year of intensive study, she became certified as a 200 hour Kundalini Research Institute Level 1 Instructor. In 2013, Kristen became certified as a Kundalini Conscious Pregnancy Instructor. She has found Kundalini Yoga to be deeply transformative and healing for the mind, body and soul. It has helped provide the tools to successfully navigate and manage every aspect of her life ranging from personal to professional. Kristen hopes every student will leave the class feeling more deeply connected with themselves and with the world around them.
