In Yogic tradition, the human body has seven energy centers called chakras. When these energy centers are healthy and open, so are we – physically, emotionally, and in our relationships. But when they are blocked through stress, injuries, illnesses or disconnection from others, we are blocked from being our best selves.
On this unique and inspiring journey, you will:
- Learn powerful Yoga poses that will clear blockages and open your chakras
- Be guided through meditation and breathing exercise to foster each chakra’s properties
- Learn how to journal to help with the activation of each chakra and clearing process
