Fearless Fit – Momma Edition

$10This amazing 60 min upbeat cardio class targets your core, glutes, and thighs! This high intensity training will help build your endurance, strength and agility while improving self-awareness, confidence, and social life! ( we need it)
This class is offered every 2 weeks until the fall.
