8 week group therapy sessions
Thursdays 11 am-12:30 pm
July 7th-August 25th

Trauma often leaves lasting feelings of overwhelm, loss of control, anxiety, despair, & lack of emotional control. Tack back power of your mind & body.

You will learn 9 skills sets:

  • Belonging
  • Mindfulness & Meditation
  • Regulating internal information flow
  • Separating facts from feelings
  • Addressing parallel lives
  • Working with parts-healing our fragmented self
  • Carving out a new path
  • Telling & retelling-creating a new Life Script
  • Finding guidance from your older, wiser self
  • These principles help you to develop the 9 skills


  • Journaling & Community (Group)
  • Coming out of isolation & separation is healing
  • Safety exists when you are present
  • Meditation provides two necessary skills (observing & focusing)
  • Having a spiritual framework increases effectiveness
  • This cannot be done wrong
