Unstoppable Joy and the Personal Wellness Center have come together to offer support to cancer warriors and caregivers.
We are here to support your healing through:
- Mindfulness and meditation
- Sound Therapy
- Breath work
- Expressive therapy through art and journaling
- Understanding the role of emotions and life experiences have in our health and wellbeing
- Releasing negative experiences/emotions from the past
- … and many other positive coping mechanisms
This workshop will be led by a senior therapist and our mental health staff at TPWx
