Unstoppable Joy and the Personal Wellness Center have come together to offer support to cancer warriors and caregivers.

We are here to support your healing through:

• Mindfulness and meditation
• Sound Therapy
• Breath work
• Expressive therapy through art and journaling
• Understanding the role of emotions and life experiences have in our health and wellbeing
• Releasing negative experiences/emotions from the past
• … and many other positive coping mechanisms

This workshop will be led by a senior therapist and our mental health staff at TPWx
