Autumn Teen Mini Retreat

During this workshop, participants will learn the mindfulness technique of intention setting to help them start their new school year with renewed calm, attention, and focus! We believe it is important to take a small retreat to find balance for a new school year with changes in the way school will function due to the global pandemic.
Activities include yoga practice and guided meditation, healthy nutrition, process art, and mindful living.
This class is designed for teens and is open to the public.
$35 per participant.
