About the event
Gentle movement and restorative postures are used to release tension on a physical, mental, and emotional level while establishing a mindful awareness and inviting a sense of relaxation and ease. Restorative yoga is a practice that is all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching with Veronica Correa, LCSW-C, 200 RYT.
