About the event
In our Healing Circle we’ll share skills, knowledge, tools, and provide experiential opportunities to allow your own inner healing to come forward. This class consists of breathing exercises (pranayama), sound healing, and Yoga Nidra with Veronica Correa, LCSW-C, 200RYT.
