Nutritional Coaching

Nutritional Coaching provides the information and tools you need to be successful in bringing the body into balance.  The sessions focus on learning how to recognize food intolerances, food journaling, charting negative symptoms and information about supplementation. Learning the symptoms your body has from eating certain food will help build a foundation in designing the specific diet your body needs. In the beginning specific foods may be temporarily eliminated from the diet. Eliminating these foods helps with healing the body to achieve weight loss, reduce headaches, increase energy, improve digestion and other gut issues, as well as improve sleep. Diets are continuously evolving to support the body as it goes through the healing process. Recipes are provided and are designed for people busy lifestyles. Recipes are simple and easy to follow to make it easier. Information about supplements is provided to eliminate confusion in choosing the best supplements for meeting your metabolic deficiencies. The knowledge that you will learn from these consults will create a lifestyle change in how you eat; therefore increasing the success you have in the future.

Elizabeth has an undergraduate degree in Psychology from Towson University and a Master’s Degree in Integrative Health Science from Capitol University of Integrative Medicine and is a Certified Nutrition Consultant. She has been working in the field of nutrition for 18 years with her focus on healing the body from the cellular level. Her integrative, holistic approach uses natural, healthy organic food and supplements for optimum health. This approach helps people increase their energy level, lose weight, improve quality of sleep and reach their individual health goals. Dietary programs are specific to each person metabolic individuality to successfully meet client’s needs, goals and health concerns. Recipes, menus and food tours are all options in the program to support the client through these lifestyle changes and increase success in the future.
